Achasta and The National Golf Coaches Association and Hooters of America are proud to announce the first ever Hooters Women’s Collegiate Team Championship presented by the National Golf Coaches Association.

For those of you who haven’t heard, Achasta will be hosting this exciting three-day tournament later this summer on August 3.

NCAA female student-athletes from Duke, Georgia, Michigan State, Wake Forest, Florida, and more will be participating in this year’s tournament comprised of over 50 teams. Tournament format is a 54-hole event. Day 1 will be alternate shot, Day 2 will be best ball, and Day 3 will be combined score of two players. Teams will be comprised of athletes from Division I, II and III schools.

Several residents in the Achasta community have been kind enough to volunteer their homes to the collegiate athletes participating in this year’s tournament.
