The 2010 Ideal Living Home Is Open And The Proceeds Will Benefit The United Way
The Ideal Living Home is open to the public and will continue to be until December 19, 2010. The house will be open for tours Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Admission to the home is $5 per car and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the United Way of Lumpkin County.
Achasta’s previous show homes for Points North magazine and Southern Living© raised over $53,500 for the United Way and other local foundations. Robin Fender, an Achasta resident, will once again serve as the House Manager for the Ideal Living Home. Fender served as House Manager for the 2009 Southern Living© Idea House, one of the most successful show homes in the history of the Idea House program.
We are excited to once again contribute to the United Way of Lumpkin County with the opening and showing of this year’s Ideal Living Home. We look forward to seeing everyone in the coming months.
