Have you ever wondered how you would match-up against a collegiate tennis player?

If you’re curious the now you have the chance, as Achasta gets ready to host the first ever Pro Am Tennis Tournament. 

On November 12-13 we will have a Pro Am Tennis Tournament with the team from North Georgia College & State University.

The Achasta Tennis Group will present its first Pro-Am Tennis Tournament as a fundraiser for the North Georgia College tennis team. Tennis players in the Achasta community will get the chance to test their skills against NGCSU players. There will also be a seated dinner and surprise guest exhibition on Friday night.

This first time event will surely be a fun and maybe even humbling event for Achasta residents.  More importantly, it will benefit our local college tennis team at North Georgia College.

The event will start on Friday, November 12th with a Pro Exhibition at 4:00PM.
 
On Saturday, the competition begins in earnest as the players start warming up at 8:30am.  Beginning at 9:00am to 12:00pm, play begins with 3 Women’s Rounds.  There will be a break from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch.  At 1:30pm to 4:30pm, the three men’s rounds finish out the event.
